Cuba

Lo que pasa en Cuba se queda en Cuba

I spent 12 days in Cuba. Culturally, Cuba is considered part of Latin America. It is a multiethnic country whose peopleculture and customs derive from diverse origins, including the aboriginal Taíno and Ciboney peoples, the long period of Spanish colonialism, the introduction of African slaves and a close relationship with the Soviet Union in the Cold War.

My best friend met me there and we had an amazing trip together. We actually had a real crush on Viñales. People there were so kind, so welcoming, always ready to help. And the nature of Viñales is beautiful, wild, stunning. We learned how to make and how to smoke a cigar, we learned about tropical fruit, rum, coffee, local drinks, sugar cane...

We enjoyed the caribbean beach, of course, but Cuba is not just "farniente". We discovered the landscapes of Cuba, with jungle, "mogotes", the islands...

This trip is not over yet!
